How does the trial work?
We maintain a small team of experienced Audiologists aiming to ensure you can see the same person who knows your story whenever you visit us.
1. Book a free appointment
The first step in the hearing aid trial process is to schedule a free appointment with a friendly and professional audiologist. We will check your hearing and discuss your specific hearing concerns and next steps
2. Have trial hearing aids programmed for you
If hearing aids appear to be the best treatment option for you and you are a good candidate for this AI-driven hearing aid technology, we'll set up some trial hearing aids for you. The Audiologist will ensure they are comfortable and adjusted for your specific hearing and needs.
3. Take them home to try them out
After your fitting, you’ll have the opportunity to wear the this AI-driven hearing aid for a 10-day, obligation free trial. This is your chance to test them in real-world settings—whether it’s at home with family, at work, in social situations, or out in public.
4. Come back in 10 days to tell us what you think
After giving them a go, it’s time to give feedback. If you’re happy with their performance, you can exchange the demo models for your own devices and these will be carefully fitted and fine-tuned for you. If, however, you feel they’re not the right fit, you can return the trial hearing aids without any out-of-pocket expense.
